Whether sports performance or general fitness, our Youth Strength & Conditioning program will meet your needs. Like our other Small Group sessions, we keep our youth classes capped at 8 participants. Youth sessions are divided into age groups to ensure the appropriate exercise programming for your child.
9-12 Years Old
Learn the basics of body-weight training with push-ups, squats, pull-ups, and core work.
Start to work with external resistance using bands and medicine balls with a focus on improving balance, stability, and flexibility.
13+ Years Old
Improve on skills listed above as well as learn proper lifting techniques using various forms of strength training equipment.
