How we came to be and what we are about...
We are a personal training and wellness studio that opened our doors in 2010 with a goal of helping those who find a gym overwhelming still find a place for fitness. In our smaller environment, we are able to focus on you, making us better able to accommodate your needs, injuries, fears, and any other concerns you may have. We have 7 trainers on our team with a wide range of backgrounds and skills.
Our goal is to educate, motivate, and guide our clients with exceptional customer service. Benefits goes beyond the body to empower the connection between spiritual, mental, and physical health.

At Benefits Personal Training, we provide a variety of services allowing you the flexibility to choose the type of training that best meets your needs & goals. We offer One-on-One, Partner, and Small Group Training. Studio Access Memberships are also available allowing you to use the studio 24/7!
